Digital media business leader, leveraging strategic, creative, operational and commercial expertise.

Having held leadership positions at Netflix, Telegraph Media Group and ITV, Ben has implemented impactful creative content strategies and campaigns to grow brand awareness, consumer engagement and revenues.

Most recently Ben ran the Publishing business of Brave Bison plc, delivering over 2 billion views across social platforms each month with a portfolio of over 138 million followers.

Ben has developed a deep operational knowledge across the media spectrum with a career spanning publishing, social, streaming, television and print.  

 

He originally began life as a journalist before working as a television producer/director, and then running a video production and tech agency. He has led content and publicity teams at international publishers and global entertainment corporations, delivered video technology products and infrastructure, raised VC funding and built multiple digital teams and businesses in start-up and corporate environments.

 

Having worked on both client and agency sides, Ben has been able to adapt business models and budgets to develop and deliver digital creative and effectively monetise content. 

 

Ben has spoken at numerous events across Europe, been lucky enough to judge multiple awards, and worked with clients and media owners alike, ranging from the world’s largest entertainment business to SME’s and start up’s.
